Welcome to KuaiGeIoT services. KuaiGeIoT (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is operated by Guizhou Kuaige Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform.

By completing the registration process or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the services immediately.

Once registered, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Confidentiality: You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• Unauthorized Use: Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

When using KuaiGeIoT services, you must follow these rules:

• Do not engage in any illegal activities or violate public order.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the platform or bypass security measures.
• Do not use KuaiGeIoT's trademarks or copyrighted content without permission.
• Do not use sleep-health monitoring, education task systems, or cloud-agent outputs as the sole basis for medical diagnosis, treatment plans, school-placement decisions, or other high-risk matters.

KuaiGeIoT will strive for service stability but is not liable in the following cases:

• Service interruptions or data loss caused by telecommunications failures or force majeure.
• Losses resulting from improper user operation or failure to secure account credentials.
• Occasional delays or limited functionality due to network environments or third-party issues.
• Sleep monitoring, EEG acquisition, education collaboration, and agent interaction features are for recording, reminders, auxiliary analysis, and task execution. They do not replace advice from doctors, teachers, counselors, or other professionals.
